Our video files require that you have the latest version of Qucktime.  This is available free from Apple for both Windows and Mac.  You can download it here.

These videos will start playing automatically as soon as enough data has arrived at your computer.  It is normal for video flies streaming over the internet to stop playing or pause until additional data downloads. If this happens to you, wait a while and then click on the play arrow (under the video‘s window - next to the little speaker icon) and it will start playing again.
